Anemia and Hair Loss

Almost one in 10 women aged 20 through 49 suffers from Anemia (Anemia Hair Loss) due to an iron deficiency (the most common type of anemia), which is an easily fixable cause of Hair Loss. Your doctor will have to do a blood test to determine for sure if you have this type of anemia.
Consult your doctor to rule out a thyroid problem or anemia. Sometimes excessive Hair Loss can be due to certain conditions, such as issues with your thyroid, lack of iron, or an excessive level of male hormones. Estrogen levels can rapidly drop after menopause causing elevated male hormones in a woman’s body.
Many factors may result in hair loss, including certain illnesses and poor nutrition. Prolonged fevers are another culprit. Anemia and other vitamin deficiencies can cause both men and women to lose hair, as can low-calorie or low-protein diets.
The thing about Hair Loss is that it’s something that can happen to anyone. It doesn’t really discriminate. When you’re ready to fight back and to stop losing and/or re-grow that head of hair you once had, you only need to use the tips you’ve learned above. They should definitely work for you.
Treatment:
A simple iron supplement should correct the problem.

The Women Men Adore and never want to leave

Do Great Relationships Just Happen? Relationships were a mystery to me when I was growing up. It seemed you were lucky if you met people you “clicked” with as friends or lovers. Although I grew up in Sweden where sexual relationships are as natural as your morning muesli, it’s not like “how to have great sex” was a topic in high school biology. As I grew up, I began to see that there might be more than luck involved. I gradually learned that it’s possible to build personal and sexual chemistry. Contrary to what you see in romantic movies, successful relationships don’t happen by chance. They’re the result of hard work and commitment. Yes, it’s true: Initial attraction is either present or absent. Our first emotional connections with partners seem to happen according to chance. It’s what happens later that we should work on. The emotional and sexual attraction that brings us together at first is just a foundation for a fulfilling, lasting relationship. Love may be uncondit...
